REFUND POLICY
We have a strict 30 day refund policy with proof of purchase. The full amount minus any shipping costs will be refunded to the original form of payment upon approval. Refund requests made after 30 days of the original purchase date will be credited to your account with FACES+ upon approval. No refunds or store credit will be given for requests made 90 days after the original purchase date. Item(s) must be in the original form of packaging upon return.

If you have an account or an order number, please list that inside the box with your information. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, you can email info@facesplus.com. Send in your item(s) to the following address:

Item(s) must be in the original form of packaging upon return. Your return is usually processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the item(s).
RETURNING IN STORE (U.S. and Canada)
Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return to FACES+ in its original form of packaging along with your receipt and original form of payment. The front desk can assist you with your return.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction to any of your products, we highly suggest bringing it in and meeting with a provider to discuss different options. We will then accept the return upon approval and a store credit will be applied to your account with FACES+.
